Beat Constipation Workshop

 For all ages

If you suffer from chronic or occasional constipation then this workshop is for you.

 

Learn how to use Reflexology/ Massage & relaxation techniques to help alleviate this sometimes painful condition naturally.

 

Workshop consists of the following:

1:  Discussion on possible causes of constipation.

2: Learn the techniques required to help alleviate constipation.

3: Relaxation/ Meditation

 

This workshop is for all ages from infant to elderly however it’s not necessary to bring your baby/child because techniques will be demonstrated on members of the group.

The Cork Therapy Centre is located in Unit 4, Tower Shopping Centre, Tower, Blarney, Co. Cork. It is a purpose designed physiotherapy clinic with an on site air-conditioned gym and rehab area, three treatment rooms, reception area, private toilet facilities and a large car park. This centre combines the expertise of chartered physiotherapists. Mary Gleasure, Eric Wolfe, Michaela Sheehan, Emma Robertson, Claire Griffin are the principle physiotherapist of the clinic.

Physiotherapy provision at the Cork Therapy Centre is aimed at providing hands-on, evidence based treatment with a thorough approach to biomechanical analysis and future injury prevention by chartered physiotherapists.

Meet the Team

Michaela Sheehan qualified in 1991 from The Withington School of Physiotherapy under the aspices of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy in the U.K. Michaela worked mainly in various Cork Hospitals until 2000. Since then she has been working in private practice.She completed a number of orthopaedic, spinal and manual therapy oriented physiotherapy courses. Read More...
