Orthotics, Gait Analysis by the Footmaxx Assessment, Tailored Home Exercise programmes, Ergonomic Advice. We work in conduction with Doctors, Consultants, Coaches and Gym Instructors. The Centre covers a number of the GAA teams, Soccer Clubs, Athletes, Rugby Clubs, Olympic and Para-Olympic athletes. On initial assessment the physiotherapist will evaluate the injury using scientific clinical testing.


All Physiotherapists are chartered with the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists. We are VHI/BUPA approved. We are Manually orientated, dynamic and specialise in treating all musculo- skeletal dysfunctions and sports injuries. We regularly attend postgraduate courses to update and improve our skills and run a regular In-service training programme to ensure that the standard of care is maintained at a high level.

The Cork Therapy Centre is located in Unit 4, Tower Shopping Centre, Tower, Blarney, Co. Cork. It is a purpose designed physiotherapy clinic with an on site air-conditioned gym and rehab area, three treatment rooms, reception area, private toilet facilities and a large car park. This centre combines the expertise of chartered physiotherapists. Mary Gleasure, Eric Wolfe, Michaela Sheehan, Emma Robertson, Claire Griffin are the principle physiotherapist of the clinic.

Physiotherapy provision at the Cork Therapy Centre is aimed at providing hands-on, evidence based treatment with a thorough approach to biomechanical analysis and future injury prevention by chartered physiotherapists.

Meet the Team

Claire Griffin graduated with a Masters in Physiotherapy from the University of Ulster at Jordanstown in 2005. Claire is currently a member of the Irish Society of Physiotherapists and Chartered Physiotherapists in Private Practice.
